Welcome to the final week of summer hockey! Hope everyone has enjoyed the season!
Summer hockey does start back up in February for those interested – we will send out information in January for this.
Final Week Festivities:
I had some replies to my requests last week for ideas around the last week based on this, the following is intended:
Monday Teams (Blitz, Makos and Lynx) – to have their breakup at 6pm on the grass at Nunweek Park 1 following the final games. Everyone who is participating – can you please bring a plate of something to share. If someone wants to bring some drinks (and cups), that would be awesome!
Tuesday Teams:
Shakers – 4:30pm on the grass at Nunweek Park 1 after your last game. Same arrangements as above. Parents, can you please facilitate this as all coaches are taking teams following the Shakers game.
Tigers, Panthers, Jaguars and Dragons – 5pm on the grass at Nunweek Park 1 after the 4:30pm games. Same deal, everyone please bring a plate of goodies.

Avon/St. Michael’s Blitz vs StAC Blue; 5pm, Nunweek Park 1 South A

Avon/St. Michael’s Panthers vs Avon/St. Michael’s Dragons; 4:30pm, Nunweek Park 2 South – all Tuesday year 7-8s to play, we might think of a reward for the winning team to make this the most competitive game it can be!
