Annual General Meeting
will be held on Tuesday 7th March 2017 at 7.00pm
at the Hagley Park Tennis Club Rooms, Riccarton Avenue.
The Agenda will include;
Presentation of the 2016 Annual Reports and financial statements.
Election of officers and committee members
Setting of player subscriptions for 2017
Resolution to accept the updated Constitution of the Club. This can viewed here.
