Grade Prescription:
The Kwik Sticks 11-a-side grade is the top junior grade in which our Yr. 7 & 8 players compete. Games are held at either Nga Puna Wai Sports Complex, Nunweek Park or Marist Park on Saturdays.

Games are played on a full-field turf and there are 11 players on a field at any time, including a kitted goalkeeper. All normal rules of hockey are applied.

Games are 2 x 25 minute halves.
