We are proud to announce our two Platinum Boys teams for 2020!! These teams are made up of great young players who are eager to keep developing their skills, push their hockey to a new level, and most importantly enjoy themselves!
Our Gold team carries forward a number of last year’s Platinum team who are joined by several of last year’s talented Avon/St. Michael’s Kwik Sticks Titans Boys, and a few new boys to the club, including 2 from Medbury School. The team is coached again by last year’s Platinum Gold coach and Div 2 Men’s player Darren Patterson, and last year’s Titans coach Yateen Lallu. The team is fortunate to draw on several experienced assistant coaches and Geoff Young as manager.
Our Blue team is also made up of some great boys who likewise played in our Platinum team last year as well as our talented Titan’s team. We also welcome a few new boys to the club who displayed real talent at trials. We will also confirm a few additional players. We are welcoming Simon England as head coach of the team – Simon has played for a decade in our Div 1 Men’s team. Sharon Utteridge has kindly accepted to be the team’s assistant coach again and the ever organised Vicky Thornley will also keep the order in the dugout as manager.
